Located on the Potter Rapids of the pristine Churchill River system, accessible only by floatplane, you couldn't ask for a more beautiful and peaceful wilderness setting. Fish the first two lakes below Potter Rapids on the Churchill River. These lakes are Drinking Lake & Keg Lake, adding to the exclusivity is the camp's location on Potter Rapids, which create a natural barrier that few fisherman can venture beyond. The Churchill is renown for being one of the finest Walleye fisheries in Saskatchewan, typically weighing 2-4 lb but can range up to 10 lbs. Trophy size Northern Pike prowl the hundreds of back bays of the Churchill River system and can range up to 50 inches & 25 lbs. Angler Rapids promotes the 'catch & release' philosophy for trophy Northern Pike to ensure world class fishing for years to come. The opportunity for Lake Trout at our outpost camp is available as a day trip only with additional fee. We are a first-class, full service fishing lodge with three, four and five day trips available June through August and provide fully modernized cabins (all guest quarters are separate log cabins which can accommodate any size fishing party), native Cree Indians as your full-service guides, family style meals and a general store in the main lodge for any additional equipment or tackles purchases.
