We offer outstanding hunting on approximately 20,000 acres of private land. We lease river bottoms, crop fields, creek bottoms, CRP fields, alfalfa and pasture that we are managing for trophy deer. The gentle rolling hills of north central Kansas make a great place to grow big deer. Our 'cover' is generally linear in nature so patterning deer is not a problem. We offer a wide variety of hunts to accommodate all types of hunters. Aerial stands and still hunting are the primary methods used for taking tremendous whitetails. We put you in an area where we know quality deer exist. We are dedicated to providing high quality hunts at a working man's price. We offer only a limited number of hunts each year, so no matter what you are hunting; deer, turkey, there will always be an abundance of game. Our turkey populations have exploded in the last few years and our ranches are full of Rios and Easterns. We are leasing excellent deer and turkey habitat and have seen the quality of our deer herd increase each year. Our deer hunters last year took some excellent quality bucks. In 2007 our gun hunters had a 100% shooting opportunity, with 75% taking a buck that scored over 150 inches. Our archery hunters also had a high harvest success rate with every archer getting shots at trophy class bucks. A $300 penalty will be due if a hunter harvests a buck that grosses under 130 inches. If a buck is wounded, the hunter will be required to spend the remainder of his hunt trying to recover the wounded animal. These conditions are in place to discourage hunters from taking poor shots and to promote trophy management. References are available upon request.

Deposit required to book hunt - $1000 (deer) $200 (turkey). If you are |

unsuccessful in the whitetail draw, deposits will be refunded or |

transferred to next season. We have some landowner deer tags ($425+), if you |

are not successful in drawing a deer tag in the lottery, at outfitter's cost. |

This Outfitter has something for everyone ----- big-antlered whitetails, rope bearded gobblers or quail. Kansas has some of the best to offer. The hunting area is Unit #12 in Southeastern Kansas, 100 miles East of Witchita and 100 North of Tulsa, Oklahoma and 145 miles South of Kansas City, Kansas. Our properties are leased private farms consisting of a total of 8,000-10,000 acres. We cater to bowhunters! The 2007 season was a very good season for our hunters, 29 bowhunters harvested 10 bucks, 8 bucks were missed, 2 bucks wounded and not recovered. Bowhunters had 85% shooting opportunity, bucks harvested averaged 138" P&Y, the largest scored 171" P&Y, it was a 9 pointer. Our 12 rifle hunters harvested 7 bucks, the largest being a 10 pointer that scored 150". A full moon and with unseasonable warm weather didn't help matters. Lots of big bucks spotted. 2008 should be an excellent year for our hunters. We also have Easterns and Rios for Turkeys. Come join us for trophy whitetail hunt or harvest a long beard.
